Ingredients

1 cup non-dairy milk, (I used unsweetened coconut milk beverage)
1 frozen banana
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup pineapple chunks, (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender, such as a Vitamix. Enjoy!
Notes
Looking for an extra protein boost? Try adding some raw nuts or seeds before blending.
