
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond (or skim) milk
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or up to overnight.
