
1 1/2 cups cooked steel-cut oats
2 Tbsp dried mulberries
1 Tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
dash nutmeg
1 banana, sliced
1/4 cup warmed non-dairy milk
1-2 Tbsp frozen or fresh blueberries
1-2 frozen strawberries
1 Tbsp grade B maple syrup
1/4 tsp vegan butter (optional)
Directions:
Add the warm oats to a bowl and top with the other ingredients. Serve warm
