2 slices fresh or toasted vegan sourdough bread
1 banana, thinly slices
3 Tbsp fresh peanut, cashew or almond butter
2 Tbsp Apricot Preserves
dash of cinnamon
dash of cayenne
1. Slather your bread in nut butter and preserves.
2. Layer the banana, thinly sliced.
3. Sprinkle a bit of cayenne and cinnamon.
4. Assemble bread. Slice and serve.
