2 slices sandwich bread (see note above)
1 cup homemade or store-bought vegan refried beans
1 avocado, thinly sliced
A few slivers white onion
Coarse sea salt
Directions:
- Toast bread to desired level of doneness.
- Top with refried beans and avocado (mash with a fork if desired).
- Add slivered onions, sprinkle with salt, and serve.
